First, being possessd by the devil does not mean that God doesn't exist.
Second, letting devil possessed a human being doesn't mean God is cruel or God has weaknesses.
God has created an ideal world whereby creatures live peacefully without problems. The world is not this earth. The world is called Paradise.
Our present world (the earth etc) is not the destination. It is only the journey. In the present world, God has created problems for human beings not for the purpose of punishing them but as a test or trial for mankind. God has make it a law that you don't go to Paradise for free (i.e. you can't enter Paradise without showing your genunie faith in God).
Analogy:
When God let "bad" things happen, it doesn't mean that God agree with the "bad" things. For example, when God gives men the power to kill, that doesn't mean God affirms the act of someone killing innocent people.
God gives human beings strength. God also gives human beings the power to choose ("will power"). A man can use the power to protect their family and country or he can use it for dectruction, killing innocent people. Because human beings have been given "will power", then it is the law made by God, that human beings are accountable for what they have done. If they do good things, they will be rewarded. If they do bad things, they are commiting sins and will be punished.
Possessed by the devil:
If God gives power and strength to the devil and the devil misused the power given by God, we cannot say God is cruel. There is a consequence for the bad act of the devil. The devil has committed a sin and in the afterlife he will be punished.
When we get sick by the act of the devil, our duty is to get treatment from a person who God has bestow him with a special knowledge of spiritual healing. Or if an ordinary doctor can cure you, then go see a doctor.
Every body will go through the tests or trials in this world (not just you). Some are made blind by God. Some are crippled by car accident. All these so-called misfortunes are actually tests or trials for us human beings.

God created the Devil. Satan believes in God. Without God there is no Satan. So obviously, if you were possessed by the Devil, God exists. Now, say you were possessed by the spirit of Sonny Bono, that's a different story. God doesn't necessarily need to exist for that. Just be sure not to go skiing anytime soon, and you'd be fine.

I'm not a believer myself -- so can only guess.
Maybe he doesn't like you.
In the Bible, God not only LETS bad things happen -- he causes them to happen. He destroyed cities, he killed the first born of every Egyptian family, he told the Jews that it is OK to beat your slaves (as long as they can get up within two days). He threw Eve from paradise because she wanted knowledge.
I see nothing that you say that is inconsistent with the existence of this God.

First of all, if you didn't believe in God, then you wouldn't believe in hell, therefore you can't be possessed by the devil. Secondly, possession is all in the mind. Grab yourself a good shrink.

you let that happen because you weren't serving god and did you ask God to take the demon out of you, God does not go against free will, and if you did something that caused this then he couldn't stop it unless you ask him too ,did you do something evil or hang out with evil people or places, you shouldn't have
