first real love is such a friggin wonderful thing...i still love my first love, but im just not in love with him...im always gonna love him cause we had so many firsts....that connection will always be there

It means alot to a girl.
I was 16, he was 16 and we were together for six months. I loved him alot and we were happy. But his parents found out what we had done and made us break up. Then he became a total jerk. I don't think of him often, and when I do it's because something reminds me of him. That's been 4 years ago. He's married and has a kid now. -sigh- So I guess I think about him occasionally. Besides that, yes, he does hold a special place in my heart because he was my first. It went just the way I had always pictured it and I wouldn't take it back for anything. :) Aww...Mushy memories. Good question.

I think if they don't, then there's something wrong with you. You know...I mean, I haven't even had a chance with my true love, not my first love, but my true love. It's hard, he's always scared when I'm ready and I'm always scared when he is. But yes, I think no matter what anyone you spend any amount of time with is going to hold a place in your heart for all eternity.

I met my first true love when I was 16. I had a lot of firsts with him. We are still together till now. I am now 25... =)
I loved him before, I love him now, and I surely will love him even more tomorrow and the day after that.

The first time I fell in love with one person that I actually hate. He's smart, funny, adorable but yet I hate him. But one day, sumthing happened and I realise that I didn't hate him, actually I love him truly, madly, deeply. But it was too late. He already has a girlfriend. But I don't bother. I love him anyway. I will always love him, no matter what day, what night, what year, what decade or whatever. Make sure he's happy eventhough he doesn't even realise that I exist. Hahaha, funny eh....

Yes i remember my first love like it was yesterday..We met when we were 13...and he was my first kiss..not my first partner..but 2 years down the line my love came back and we have been together ever since..its been 16 yrs that me and my first love have been together...cant see life without him....

you struck a chord with this one. she was always amazed when i remembered about the day we met. june 26 1947. we were 16 at the time. we married 5 years later and it lasted 54 years. i will always think of her. she died 3 months ago. i hope the rest of you have as much love in your lives.

im lucky cos my first true love, im with now, have been for a while and she wasnt the first girl i was with either. there were a few girls before her and i thought i may have loved them but wasnt sure. it was hard when it ended with these girls but i moved on. it wasnt until i met the girl im with now that i inderstand what love is. everything else before just doesnt matter
