since its summer it dont matter 2 much but durin skool id go 2 sleep @ 1/2 get up @ 6 i fell asleep in all my classes and almost flunked 2

i had the same problem before, people told me to just set a time to wake up in the morning. then in the middle of the day, you'll be tired and you'll go to sleep earlier. i wake up between nine and ten AM now and my problem's getting a lot better.
