there is a bridge. and on this bridge is a train track. there is a train coming from the north at 60 miles per hour. and another coming from the south at 70 miles per hour. the are coming towards each other at full speed but never crash. how is this possible

You never say anything about these trains being on path to go over the bridge. You do say they are coming towards eachother, but they could be on separate tracks.

Either there are two tracks or one train doesn't cross the bridge and there is a side track or something.

That happens all the time in my country. usually, there are two tracks or lanes for trains. when each reaches its terminal at both ends, they switch tracks.
