Actually, you don't LOOSE hair. You LOSE it.

there are three phases or hair growth, the growing stage the resting stage & the shedding stage. You can lose between 30 & 100 hairs a day(different sources say different things). It's NORMAL to lose your hair...as long as it's not coming out in clumps or you have patches missing!! Your hair is constanty being shed & replaced by new hair(not all at the same time, obviously). If your hair is longer you tend to lose a bit more than those who have short hair, I believe this is due to the fact that the longer hair tends to add more stress to the scalp & hair follicles.

Don't worry about a few lost hairs it's perfectly normal!!!

Stress; but everyday we loose hair. Be gentle when brushing your hair.
