I would find out what type of theings he likes, such as movies, food etc... and invote him over one night for movies and snacks. No big deal. You should even invite of of your friends who has a boyfriend and lety him know in advance who all will bne present. You will be letting him know your interest and if he turns you down then you will know he isn't interested..

the next time you see him, suggest that you two should hang together sometime in a casual way. find something you both have in common. if you have his email, just check up on him and see how he is going and that your thinkin bout him. suggest you should get together and catch up. you can do the same thing if you have his mobile number, just message him. goodluck
