I don't have a kinkiest, but a few memorable:
Done it in my old treehouse with the girl next door (many times, and mostly out of necessity)
Done it the back of my Suburban at a rest stop off the interstate in the middle of the day. A true "if this vehicles rockin' don't come knockin" time.
Did it in the front seat of my all too small sub compact (ouch).
Did it in the back of my pick-up at a drive-in for the late show. Actually she was giving oral sex, but the funny thing was that one of the employees was coming around turning off all the speakers and came right up to the side of the truck when her head popped up.
Same girl as before, and we were driving up from the beach and she was doing oral again. Came to a 4 way stop and the truck at one of the other stops had two guys and a two girls in the front seat, they had a clear view of her down on my lap. They were pointing and laughing as they pulled past us. Funny girl, anytime we went for a drive she would always start oral sex.
I guess my favorite was when I was in the service, and had to do a guard duty at the facility I worked in. Duty was from 7 pm to 7 am. My gf would stop by and one night we went into the Colonels office and did it on his desk (huge desk). It always brought a smile to my face when I was back in there after that.
These days we mostly just use the bedroom or someplace in the house and that's certainly fine. I guess the main thing is to do it where you can't really get into any trouble, and when you're both feeling the mood. I agree with some of your other answerers: Try a few more adventurous places in the house and see if she enjoys that. Certainly don't force the issue or you'll probably go without. Beds are nice and comfortable so there's nothing wrong with that, but hopefully she'll become a little more comfortable and feel like exploring other options the way you want to. Good luck.

the kinkiest sex i ever had was on top of a park ( there was this wooden house ) it was on the roof, but any who, lol it was in the middle of the night and my bf and i were gunna meet in the feild to go for a walk , well we never ended up going for a walk but calories were burned, hehe, you know dont make it a planned thing go out one night and when the mood should hit ya .... just go for it , where ever you are , if your oth hot for each other then youll find a good spot, but dont let it be the only time you have sex is in some kinky spot ... sometimes home can be sexy too, the shower, the kitchen, or even just in the bedroom, dress up, role play , its all good:>

if you haven't already done so, take the initiative to put candles everywhere you would like to have sex (i.e., kitchen, living room, bathroom). set the mood for her. later on when she hopefully opens up you can go outside and do it there. you can also be very "playful" at the movie theatres if you sit in the back. don't forget to tell her how beautiful her body is if she feels insecure. it sounds like you've got some work to do if you really want her to be comfortable and open with sex. hope this works ;)

its better if you are both comfortable....try going into other places in the house or where you live...then venture out and explore....the car is a secluded place where no one can find you...but i guess the thrill of it is the idea you could get caught....and if you really cant venture outside the house....then make sure the other one knows how you cant wait to get their clothes off at home :)
