get a six pack or at least a nice looking stomach by not doing anything but basically eating excellently (i.e. just drinking water and eating fruits and veggies, and a lot fo them----nothing else) How long would I need to do this before serious results showed. I'm extremely think (I'm 6'4 190 pounds,,, but my stomach leaves a lot to be desired because no one could tell by looking at me that my stomach had a lot of fat---I mean a lot for a think person---all my fat(the little that there is) is centered there. The reason I ask is because a friend of mine eats poorly, but doesn't eat a lot, and he's rail thin---but lazy as hell, doesn't exercise or anything, but has a six pack---is that from limiting the bad foods?
