Ok, the question may not make much sense, but I want to know pretty much whaever you can tell me about this.

I've been working out a lot lately, and I'm curious as to when I will start to notice muscle? I know that I have to be losing fat, but I really can't tell yet. Is it because it's turning into muscle? I know that muscle burns fat faster, also.

And, yes, I'm dieting also.

They take up to 6-months to fully develop and see results., but you can notice the difference in as little has 2-weeks. You need to rest the muscle areas 24-to-48-hours before working them again, if you over work them, you're risking premature burn out {they won't grow regardless how much exercise you do.}
