i told him that i can't talk to him anymore, otherwise i will get in trouble with my parents and they will press charges on him for something that happened awhile ago. but he keeps reading my blogs and "checking up on me" and leaving messages like "hi lover...i miss you...." or "hey sexy..." and he never says anything else except that and sometimes he says "call me...and we'll hang out..." but he knows that i can't!! is he stalking me, do you think? or am i just paranoid?

Chances are that yes he is stalking so, dont answer his messages infact if you can I would suggest finding away to block him from seeing your blogs, sending you messages, emails and any other way he could possibly get in touch with you.
Also tell your parents and let them handle this person.....He is nothing but trouble.......noone wants to see you get hurt and im afraid if you dont do something about him now that it might lead to you getting hurt.
Dont go near him and please dont call him either.......take care of yourself and tell your parents so they can deal with this and contact the proper authorities.

Sounds like a creep. It may only escalate. You should keep printed copies of every message he leaves you from now on, including any that you leave him asking him implicitly to leave you alone. If it goes further you may need to involve your parents and possibly the police even though its sounds like that may be very difficult for you. But your safety and peace of mind are your rights and no one else has the right to take that away from you.
