I had severe abdominal pain once, but it was gas. I had an explosive fart trapped in my lower intestines and it would not come out. Worst pain I ever felt in my life. I wanted to die. I was literally seeing colors I was in so much pain. Finally, the gas only seeped out (silent but deadly).
But still, that pain was only momentary. The only other time I had abdominal pain was from a batch of bad barbeque. I think that was food poisoning. But it wasn't a constant pain. Most professionals will tell you if you have abdominal pain that is noticeable and lasts for a long time, then you have to see a doctor. It could mean something serious.

Well, people usually don't get abdominal pain all the time. It would be best to see your physician. If there are symptoms of bloody stools or coughing up blood then it is a major concern. Ask your physician if you might be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
