i'm not trying to be cold or sick. i'm not trying to put down a group of people.
like some young women may abort the child or throw it away. i know someone that would love to raise a hispanic/latino child. are there any places to find mothers who have given up the rights to her infant?

I believe MOST/SOME hospitals/fire departments will take any child with NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! .
YOU would have to contact your local police department/county clerks office for the details.
Child & Family Services, Adoption Centers etc could also assist with this matter.

And I'm not trying to sound cold or sick when I say that if a family is willing to raise a Hispanic or Latino child, they should be willing to adopt any nationality child.

There are a lot of hospitals that are in the program that allows a mother to anonymously drop off her baby, no questions or anything.Start calling hospitals now.

You can't legally get and keep a baby unless you go through the proper channels-i.e. adoption agencies.

You should try calling adoption agents and asking quesions about it.
