ICD-9 and CPT-4 codes are used for medical billing. Each code represents a specific diagnosis or procedure, and coders go through doctor's notes and figure out which codes to bill. If you are asking because you want to apply for a job, most reputable places require that you have a coding license or certificate, which you get from taking a coding class, offered at most colleges. Considering the fact that you didn't spell coding right, I doubt that you are ready for this position.

ICD-9 means the International Classification of Diseases and coding involved. There are several different sections within the coding pertaining to each system and the diseases affected within them.

JCAHO means Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and they probably want to know if you are aware of their role in healthcare and survelliance.
