There are certain questions that I've seen so many times that I'm wondering if there should not be a section in Yahoo that posts the leading--say 100 questions--and when someone posts one of those--they're charged 25 points and banned for a week

Sickening, especially when one asks a question and Yahoo! Answers shows similar questions.
