what should I do if I pulled my credit and theres a schmuck thats using my social for whatever reason?

You should file a police report, notify the Social Security Administration, and contact all 3 credit bureaus informing them of this.

Identity theft is serious business and a crime!

You need to make a consumer fraud report to the credit bureau that you pulled your credit report from.

I had this happen and here is my list of numbers for the bureaus lines I reported it to.

You need to call the social security office and the police.

go and report it to whoever it is that gives you your social number and see what they can do to help. good luck. we have just had that prob. with a credit card.
