Depends on what the tests for done for. Albumin in urine can sometimes indicate an underlying issue with the kidneys themselves. WBCs indicate some presence of infection. It could just be a kidney infection but, as I said, it depends on why the test was done. If the doctor suspects a kidney disorder, the presence of albumin could also indicate a disorder but without knowing the results of other testing and the reasoning behind it, it's hard to say for sure. Also, if you are pregnant, it can mean something entirely different.

Albumin is the protein present in your urine. WBC stands for white blood count. Urine contains many things also albumin and wbc's.. but if the levels are too high it could indicate a number of possibilities. A urinary tract infection could be one of the problems and just pushing fluids might give you relief for a while. (This is only good for flushing your bladder out.)
Your best bet is to head to the Doc and have them check you out. Have them run a UA (urine analysis) with the possibility of culture to make sure the medicine they prescribe works for you!
Much Luck!

It is serious to have albumin in the urine; however, how serious depends on the cause. If you have Diabetes, this is probably one big reason for it. Some Diabetics have kidney problems, particularly if they have a history of poor glucose control or have been insulin-dependent. There are other causes as well; however, if this is your situation, you will have to re-test your urine, give a 24-hour sample and do a creatinine comparison (blood test). If it is still abnormal, but the levels reflect microalbuminuria, then your physician may simply have to keep an eye on it ... sometimes, these things pass. If it gets worse, there may be further tests required.

Albumin in protien. White blood cells can indicate an infection. Albumin can be in your urine for several reasons. One being improper diet. I wouldn't be alarmed unless it is present often. Just one time can be a fluke. Your Dr. probably sent the urinalysis off for a culture which checks for bacteria. Are you diabetic? Albumin could mean problems with your kidneys or liver if your dr is worried he will do bld tests to verify.

I'm not sure about the albumin but high WBC count in anything usually indicates an infection.
Head to the doctors asap.

Most likely you have a urinary tract infection. Other signs are urgency (desire to urinate all the time), itching and burning while urinating. A bad one can make you feel sick or get a fever at which point you should get antibiotics because it can spread to the kidneys and become serious. Otherwise just drink lots and lots of cranberry juice and you'll be fine.
