How can i lose my hips and inner thighs in 3 weeks. I am 5.8 140 pounds, so i dont really have "alot" to lose.

Well, since there is no such thing as "spot targeting" you can't just lose weight in a certain spot. But if you do all of those exercises, I guarentee you that you will lose some weight and some inches off of your hips. Good luck!

At your heigth ,You are pretty skinny. Some women have big hips genetically and a lot of guys love it.If you do run 45 mins to 1 hr ,You will lose weight .I don't know if it will be on your hips.Just be happy with yourself...And shake it like a polaroid picture...

your hips will tone some, but if you want to tone up, try speed walking instead. take long strides and as you do, squeeze your butt. if you opt to try the running method, run don't jog. i see few jogger's bodies improve even after many months or years. put some energy and effort into your workouts. resistance training, speed walking, swimming, lunges and squats will tone you up. don't forget to eat a balanced diet from all four food groups. good luck
