I am currently on probation and it's a condition of my probation to go to all my mental health appointments and I have been going to my nursing appointments, but I missed with my pdoc, my group therapy and my case manager. I also told my PO that I have been doing my community service but I lied to him and told him about it in a voice mail I left for him last week. I see him on Thursday and I think I will go to jail. What do the rest of you think? Have any of you been in a situation like this before? If so, what happend?

As of right now I DO have a total of 6 community service hours, but I hope to have 8 or more by Thursday.

do the crime, then cry because of time.....

Thank you for the 2 points.
However, the 2 points have the same value of this question, which is ZERO.
Therefore I wish you a better day, the power to think logically, as well as to survive in life

It truly is a PO"s call---in most situations like this--you are due a genuine reaming--and will probably get just that--but make no mistake--you are riding the razor's edge and are about to learn where the end of the road lies---my advise is for you to get a grip and start making some kind of effort to clear your life and start something that means something in the long run other than worrying all the time about whether or not your gong to jail

get your po on the phone before thursday, explain in full what you have missed and why, and make every effort,(with your po's help) to make up whatever community service you can before your next appointment. man up and admit you made a mistake, screw around and get caught lying, you'll be back in jail before lunch.

You might get lucky and not go to jail, but why are you resisting your parole. It's obvious that you know and understand what you have to do to stay out of jail. I have had some friends in your position and I often wonder if in reality they and you really want to go back on some level.

You are considered bail jumping by not following your conditions and yes you probably will go to jail. You are learning the hard way that lying will not get you anywhere...Never been in your shoes but do work in LE...Sorry for the reality check.

Next time you go to probation you may end up going to jail right then and there.

You are SO going to jail.

We all make conscious decisions every day that directly effect the outcomes of our lives.

It's called responsibility.

Remember that when you get back from prison.

Either way, you need to re-think your attitude towards authority and making life better instead of worse. Take your lumps if you need to, but wouldn't now be a good time to set some new goals?

I haven't been in situation but I have a friend who is a parole officer. Depending on your state probably not. It really all depends on how your parole officer feels about you. If you have been a pain to work with, they will take you down to serve your sentence, if he likes you he will give you another chance.
