Losing weight fast is very unhealthy and will hurt you in the long run.

if ur looking a quick loss use the cabbage soup diet its one used by hospitals here for quick weight loss before a operation but ya only allowed to use it once every 3 months as its dramatic weight loss then u will have to go on sensible diet and exercise more
