need information on shoulder surgery without insurance costs for arthroscopic and shoulder nerve damage also need to know costs for MRI without insurance on shoulder.I need information ASAP if anyone has had same type of surgery it would show up on bill before Insurance payment. I would appreciate it as close as possible.

Call your doctor, or any board-certified orthopedic surgeon's office. They should be able to tell you, based on your situation, what all the costs will be. Be prepared for it to total between $5000 and $10,000 depending upon the nature of your injuries, the length of the procedure, the recovery time and treatment, prep, hospital fees and anesthesia fees. Also, your medical insurance company will be able to tell you what they will allow (their portion and yours). An MRI (without insurance) will likely cost between $1000 and $1800. You can call an MRI imaging center for the specifics.

I went through all of this year before last and it was quite expensive. Plus, I had to go through extensive physical therapy for 6 months to return to full range of motion and have the pain subside fully. If they have to break or shave a bone, you could experience some soreness during weather changes.

I hope you get your answer..I am answering to ask you if you are unemployed? Or do you have a family?.Why I am asking is that maybe you would qualify for health care at low cost. In each state they offer health care to folks who work but qualify because of having a family (like dependents on your income tax) It is worth looking into..check with the hospital in the county you reside and see if they have some plan..I can safely say that is will be expensive..thousands of dollars and this doesn't account for physician fee's, hospital fees and supplies, anesthesia, any out patient tests, physical therapy..and it goes on and on..try making a few calls...
