Well they can feel different depending on how strong, how many in a row, but it is a tightening then an EXPLOSION followed by a relax. And how do you tell? When you have one - you will know. How to help have one? I don't understand...as in how to learn about your body enough to have them? If that is the question then just touch yourself until you find what feels good. But an man who knows anything about women will try different things, just tell him what you like or don't like. If he is a good lover at all he will do whatever you tell him to do. Good luck.

I had an organism called Giardia once -- actually a whole colony of them -- living in my intestines from drinking contaminated water. It felt like hell. I had horrible cramps and non-stop diarrhea for 2 weeks. If I hadn't been so young and strong, I probably would have been hospitalized. If you want to get this organism, drink some unfiltered, unsanitized water. I think you are crazy to want this though.

You mean an orgasm? They say you'll know you have one when you do. My only advise is to masturbate till you drop, it's the best way, better than intercourse to achieve it.

if never had sex, does not matter even if you had, but did not have orgasm, just get a vibrator, and drill it until you get totally dried up and i am sure, you will have multiple, and there by enjoy the pleasure and find it out for yourself.
