yes you can, it depends on how healthy your hair is though, if your hair is severely damaged I'd wait a bit longer(like two weeks to a month), but if your hair is fairly healthy then it should be ok. Depending on what color you plan on doing you can try using a Demi permanent color, they don't contain amonia like permanent colors do & they last just as long.
Once you dye it again I suggest you give yourself an intense conditioning treatment.

Only if you apply darker color because you cannot lift color with color. If you are trying to correct your color then it is absolutely best in the hands of a pro. Don't forget while your hair may tolerate the abuse you can harm your scalp and then its a bigger problem

DEPENDS on the quality of your hair and product!!! You should always let a prof. handle your color and stick to one stylist that why they get really fimiliar with your hair . and PLEASE stay away from at home box colors those are HORRIBLE for your hair!!! the ammonia in them is extremly hi and very damaging!

NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!You know the answer to that question already!!! You're going to strip your hair so bad split ends will be your main concern rather than the color of your hair.

Of course you can, but it will dry out your hair like crazy, and it's extremely difficult to repair damaged hair...nearly impossible, so I wouldn't do it.
