It means either she's got her phone off, or if it's prepaid then she's outta minutes.

Yeah, Its unreachable! Disconnected, out of service, she gave you a fake number or she didn't pay her bill!

ummmm.....you got a fake number dude. At least she is not the same b*tch that gives out my number as her 'fake' all the time. If I ever find out who it is I will.....well, revenge is sweet and her number will be all over town.
