EWWW...toilets contain heaps of germs and bacteria..i really think that you should come clean and tell him. He might be peeved at first but he will come around eventually. It might also help the doctors to get him back to his old self again.

ok ok ok,,, there's pro's and con's of the entire situation here!
the con's: Yes it was dropped in the toilet, no you didn't clean it, what the hell was it doing in the bathroom in the first place???
the pro's: If he had properly heated up the grill and actually cooked with it,,, any germs and bacteria would have been completely killed by the heat! Germs and bacteria cannot survive past 185 degrees, and good cooking temps are at least 325 degrees!!! There is a very small chance that he is sick due to your wierd problems. Most likely, he's gotten something either from bad meat or undercooked meat (like chicken).

Wow...with friends like you, who needs enemys. How do you drop a grill in the toilet? Sounds like a REALLY BAD made up question.

Yes. He could have gotten some sort of virus from using it uncleaned, not just because you dropped it in the toilet but because of the unsanitary condition of the grill itself.

Just how did they get to meet in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!
You must have done it intentionally, so, if he has a toilet type bug, you'd better "come clean" and confess.
If he has something completely unrelated, you could keep quiet, that is, if your conscience will let you!!

my guess is you are talking about a grill that goes in your mouth, not the grill you cook on. well if you were his friend you would have cleaned it but looking at you spelling of toilet your not to bright.
