I don't know if it'll be the same for you, but anytime I stop drinking soda...or even switch to diet I lose weight. I drink a lot of soda though, so quitting for a week gets rid of about 3 lbs. Dang sugar filled Dr Pepper!

You'll feel better and possibly lose a little weight. Soda makes you gain weight.

You will get tired at first and miss your energy kick. But gradually you will get used to it and feel even better than before. In the end you will feel healthy and will have lost a couple of pounds.

You will most likely lose a little weight, have cleaner teeth, have fewer headaches a little more money in ur pocket and u would be doin ur body a big favour

i'm doing that right now. I think if you drank as much soda as me you will lose weight

I almost drank a liter or more a day. I was addicted to mountain dew

Well that's not true, you will get healthier.
Because you get way less sugar in your body, so that's a good thing for your bones and teeth.
Just drink milk, water or a juice every now and then

The less carbonated drinks you have the better. The increase the gases in your stomach, making you feel and look bloated. If you stop you will feel better of course.

You will probally drop a few pounds as long as you don't substitute it for some other sugar filled drink. Also you probally won't feel as much stomach gas.
