My cousin has been at my house for 2 weeks now and she wets the bed every night now so she is in goodnights and now she is wetting during the day and she has done it in front of her friends the doctor said its not and infection he said it is either stress, emotional problems, she is home sick(I hope living with me isn't that bad), or she is doing it on purpose. I'm thinking of putting her into goodnights during the day too, instead of following her parent reccommendation of diapering her. I don't want to embarrass her or anything, cause she is twelve and I'm 19 as of last week and I'm a guy. Sooooooooo any suggestion please give them to me, I could really use them.

She can't help it...it isn't her fault...and it is bad enough without embarrassing her. Be compassionate toward her. It is a medical condition. Buy her some pads to wear in her underclothes to prevent further embarrassment.

Wow what a place to be. I am thinking some help is in order. Have you asked her about this? I know you do not want to embarrass her, but incontinence can be a problem. If it is not physical than it is probably mental and either way she needs help.

It is definately stress. The more you stress over her problem, it is just going to get WORSE!!! Be compassionate, and tell her try to make the pody and if it doesn't happen no problem we will just clean it up.

BE NICE!!!!!!

It can be a sign of abuse at that age.
