I do. Do you write in it daily? Do you use it to right weird dreams in it? just wondering you dont have to answer the do you use it to write weird dreams in it if you dont want to cause its probably personal.

I have a journal, and have kept one for the past twenty years. I've been known to get my very best writing ideas from dreams, and the best way to track those ideas is to keep a "dream journal".
A journal is always helpful for other things, too, though. You can be honest with yourself about anything, go back, and then read it later. You see parts of yourself that you didn't know were there; even the ugly parts.
If you want to keep an online journal, might I suggest livejournal.com? You can set your entries to private, and no one else can see them.
If that's too public for you, though, a good, old-fashioned notebook may be all that you need.

I have one. I write dreams and feelings in it. That reminds me, I need to write my weird dream in it....

I had been for several years. I quit in December. Just got tired of doing it.

no, i find journals pointless. if i forget what i did that day it was probably a boring day anyway
