Any BUD/S grads or future hopefuls out there?

If you have been through it. How did you make it what was the hardest part? If you are on your way or want to be. How are you preparing?

Determination, stamina, heart. My advice, dig down deep, deep inside you and find that will, the fight, the hunger!!! It is there and you will learn to channel it in the most remarkable methods.

hey man I am a BUD/s hopeful... been training my a$$ off.... PST is no longer a problem
