I would like to use the Replace feature to replace 2 lines of text at once is this possible? I have an address and it's like Name on one line, address line 2, city state Zip on line 3 and then phone on line 4 I'd like to replace these lines of text with 6 lines of different text. Is this possible to do or do I have to copy/paste?

When you have the REPLACE window open, click the MORE button. Then look for the SPECIAL button.

Type in the first line, then use the SPECIAL button to select the Manual Line Break, then type the second line.

Do this with the REPLACE field too. Then try one.

Yes, you can use COPY and PASTE, using the shortcut keys CONTROL-C for copy and CONTROL-V for paste

Good luck

There is an easier way. Click on more options, and then check the box "Ignore White Space Characters", or if you have Word 2006, click More>Special Characters>Break
