Try flirting with them and taking other indirect approaches, but I wouldn't recommend going up to them and telling that person you like them. Do things that are obvious like smiling, chatting with them often. Invite them to coffee or to a party.

what I would do iz just make sure you flirt with him ...alot and give him that hint that you do and than pretty soon he'll get tha hint that you do and go for it .or just have your closest friends go up to him and tell them to say so what do you think of angel and than if he says yes than tell them to tell him i think that angel likes you ...and have them fill you in on all the details but pretend that you have no idea that you told them to do it for you trust me that always works.

i know how you feel i had the same exact problem but the easiest thig for me was to tell my best firend to tell him.
another good thing to do so it isnt as akward around you 2 is to tell your friend to tell him that you dnt know ur friends tell him.
