Both, but many times it's a guys personality that makes him sexy.

Neglect and abuse were pretty effective. They were meted out by someone who had a lot of problems and appealed to the nurturer in me. He also was a good listener, had a quick wit, lots of testosterone, and was maddeningly ungovernable.
It goes beyond looks and personality really. It's the drama we enact over and over again, hoping to change the ending.

I'm married, but I peeked anyway. I like the blonde look better. You speak French? Wow. That's a plus! Personality is always a winner. It's what got me hooked on my hubby.

He needs to have one blue eye, one green eye. He neeeds to have straight, clean teeth. His belly button must be in. He needs to be an oral surgeon, but I'm flexible, so he can be in any teeth job he chooses. Oral surgeon prefered. He has to be able to make chocolate souffles and other French desserts. Oh yeah, he needs to be half French, half Japanese, or whatever other half in there. As for his personality, he needs to be funny. Funny as in, I need to laugh at least 23893489843 times a day when I'm with him. Yep, it doesn't take much to win my heart.

looks are sorta a key to be attracted to a guy or girl but once i get to know em i dont care if they have the best looks or not i love their personalities and that what attracts them to me more

attitude is what catches my attention when it comes to a guy........ this i believe naturally comes with the personality.. if you have a strong personality only you could have an air of pompousness.....looks would be secondary because once i notice someone smart and proud he would naturally look cute to me...
