Yes. In fact I'm happy to see they are trying to capitalize on the idea. It is a perfect birthday present.
I commonly do it on the third Monday of every month. Wish I had thought of making a buck off of it.

We once went to the circus and got some elephant poop to give to a friend to help his banana plant to grow. He got even by putting "this house is quarantined" signs all over our lawn. If your friend has a sense of humor, why not?
