It means your a nice guy. There isn't much you can get out of that except that she respects you a little more than others. However, you also now have a reputation to uphold. So don't do anything to foolish that will make her think that you are not a nice guy, because then you would be in a worst position then you were before.

Unfortunately I don't have a clear answer. I used to say that to guys that I liked as a potential boyfriend and to guyfriends who were truly friends and wanted to stay just friends. Most of the time though I would say it to the ones that i wanted to stay friends with only.

You're missing one of the "big three" that a woman needs.
She needs you around to pay for things when her current flame crashes. She needs you to run all the errands her boyfriend won't. She needs you to listen when all her girlfirends are sick of listening to her whine about her boyfriend (and that takes a lot)
