I've encountered this problem many times. The remedies were the following:
-Drill out every single lug nut(2 week job straight)
-Go out and try to find the exact same lug nut(impossible)
-Buy a wheel lock remover(work's decent but they never have the correct socket)
-Bolt extractor kit(the best. They're relatively cheap and they work very well)
Remember to change your lug nuts after removal so you can keep track of the new key if you plan to have locks. Also try a Hyundai dealership if the locks are original.

There is a multi point socket available call Metrinch , do a google search and it will maybe provide a dealer. OR else another device thats available in the uk ....Its a socket with dozens if pins inside the rim of the socket, when you push the socket over the nut the pins surround the nut in question and haul it off.

At a good automotive store they will sell a set of these tools that look just like sockets but they have theeth on the inside and you hammer it over the lug nut then turn it off.

Its the dealers responsibility, the old owner might have it, you can ask the dealer to call them, otherwise I would tell them to remove them and put new ones on and give you the key. If they dont then the only way would be to see a mechanic and try to get them off forciblily, good luck.
