He says he doesn't mind if I do it with girls on the side. But now that we have been together for a while, I feel I should only do it with him. Also, I think he does mind, even though he says he doesn't. On the other hand, my girlfriend would be disappointed if I give up sex with her and only want to be just friends with her again.

Yeah gurl you cannot be greedy like that, you might be hurting two people you care about. I think you need to chose one too, its not right that you use them both.

If he lets you, do what you want. If you feel, however, that it is cheating or that you should only sleep with him, stay with him. I'm not sure how it's supposed to be for a bi girl, but think about wut u'd let ur partner do.
