I don't have it but right now i wish i did. It's 10:00Pm and a temp is 90F. WEW, it's hot and HUMID.

i grew up in the South and always had A/C at home. No A/C in elementary school. Moved to Denver in 2000 and didn't have A/C in my apartment. Didn't really miss having it. Lived in the Dominican Republic for seven months... wished I had it, but lived. Now back in the South, and wouldn't live without it.
No, most of the world does not have air conditioning.

I GREW UP IN SEATTLE AND NO ONE THERE HAS AC
EVEN NEW CONSTRUCTION
I NOW LIVE IN FL AND EVERYONE HAS AC
AND THE AVERAGE ELECTRIC BILL FOR A 2 BEDROOM HOUSE WITH CENTRAL AIR AND 3 PEOPLE LIVING IN IT IS $220.00 PER MONTH
