i am getting my tongue pierced on wedesday and i need to know some things that i can eat if you don't know then don't answer

What to eat:
For the first few days your tongue will be sore and might be swollen so you can only eat cold things. Such as ice, popsicles, jello, cold pudding, slushies, anything cold. If you can chew let your food cool down. DO NOT EAT HOT FOOD. Let it cool down first. I believe hot food causes your blood vessels to expand or let more blood flow through, but don't quote me on this. DO NOT eat spicy food either. Just think COLD food and drink plenty of water. Also Vitamin C and Zinc supplements help in healing faster. I took 2000 mg of ascorbic Vitamin C and a multivitamin complex as my tongue healed.

Ice cream!
Anything else requires chewing and that's nearly impossible with as swollen as your tongues gonna get!

when i got mine done, i was back to eating mc donalds the next day. pudding and applesauce are good for the first day, as i would imagine soft serve ice cream... just because they recomend icing it and its a soft food... but i didnt have it so i wouldnt know about that. just a guess.

Ugh! i have self belief your discomfort! i in basic terms were given mines executed the day surpassed by too! i particularly have a lot of ice cream. also, my piercer suggested to attend 2 weeks beforehand ingesting sturdy meals. do not attempt to a lot soup its warm of route. you are able to try shakes. that is going to decelerate the swelling and discomfort a twin of ice. something tender

really soft foods like pudding and yogurt my friend had to eat stuff like that for like 2 weeks i think
