Set him down and have the privacy talk with him and let him know he's a grown man and just like he needs his privacy so does mom!! Knock before we enter a room from now on, OK!

Be like, hey knock on the door or next time you barge in like that i will
knock on your face, and dont you have a lock to prevent this sort of thing

Don't make a big deal of it, like embarassing him or yourself. But be very firm in letting him know, that a closed door means knock, not barge in. He has to learn to respect privacy.

Try locking the door! Farting is always fair game if yuo are on the comode! Maybe you need to have a talk about boundaries?
Eat more peanut butter but NOT in the bathroom!

depends on what he saw and how mature he is. A teenage son probably is not seeing anything new...its just gross because its his mom. It was an accident, so try to stay cool about it if possible. Don't be upset with him cause youre embarassed though. Don't make a big deal out of it either.

remind him to knock before coming in--make sure there is not an emergency (i.e. fire, burglars, repeats of Dr. 90210, etc) and then ask for the air freshner.
Im sure your son did not do this for any reason in particular so dont call the threapist yet.
just talk to him about your privacy.

Keep the door locked. If he breaks the door down, then he needs serious help.

Just politely tell him not to do it again and he should apologize for it, if it were your son just dismiss it after that it was just by accident if it has happened more than once maybe he needs counseling
