I only heard of the left side of the body hurting, and that's a symptom of a heart attack.

Either a pulled muscle or if you did something strenous or even some how pulled your neck you could have a slipped disk. You can try some heat packs to loosen it up but if it still hurts in a few days go get checked out. Unless you did do something that could of made you slip a disk the go get checked out soon. You may have sprained your muscles on that side of your body. Like everyone else said, you may have slept wrong.

Have you been in an accident lately or suffered a slip and fall? Sometimes symptoms manifest up to three months or more after the event.

you probably slept the wrong way putting to much pressure on that side making that side of your body(including your neck) hurt

pinched nerve, stress, slept wrong, over worked on side of your body. could be a number of things, none of them probably that serious, take an advil, and call the doctor in the morning.

when did it start hurting/ you might have slept wrong. drink some water and take it easy if it persist go to the doctor
