I just got my braces off 2 months ago, and it's quite normal to feel bad pain the first 5-6 days u have them on. Eating is also difficult. But soon u will not notice they are teir, trust me. Just eat soft foods and don't grind your teeth ( That makes the pain even worse) U won't feel anything soon

Awww! Poor u!
I wore braces forever.
I feel your pain!
Make sure you take something to help with inflammation, such as Motrin. Your teeth are being forced to shift into place, so they will be sore for a while. You can also try the baby teething stuff like Orajel.

Take an advil and eat only milkshakes/protein drinks. Eat cold food. The pain will stop in a week. I have braces too.
