I think most have the impression women are. I think they are just better at keeping a secret or lying and don't get caught as often.

i am a guy but i still say that its the women who's more likely to be faithful in a relationship because most guys i meet will cheat

i guess both for it really depends..who is more faithful in a relationship is based on their personal character and whether they enjoy being in that relationship.
