It has to do with interior decorating, and the "flow" and "energy" of the room and where certain objects are in a room.. I think it's called Chi ? (pronounced chee). I can't remember. For example, if there is a lot of tension in a certain room such as stress, you put a small water fall in the room to even the flow of the energy to be more nutral....please only serious answers.

Bad chi usually indicates there are bad spirits present causing you to have bad luck.
I think Feng shui is what you want to know.
Feng Shi is the art of not only on arranging your furniture, it also indicates what you need to add into your house to strenghten your luck.
If your house lacks water, you will have to place a fish tank.
With certain type of fish at certain position.
