Once i was constipated for about a week. And when i tried again i was crying and i had to ask mymom for help because it hurt so bad. Tell me your constipation stories no matter how long or how gross they are.

I have a friend that like never pooped.. i don't know why.. but she never pooped... so she went to the dr. and they took x-rays... and they told her that she had poop clogged up in her back all the way up the middle of her back. it was so funny... but gross.. all at the same time!.. i also have a cousin that only poops one time every Sunday! it's crazy! haha!

I was constipated in 2005 for about 3 days...i was bummed out because i had not been constipated since 1986.
When i was I used to get constipated all the time, and i would be afraid that if i pushed too hard my intestines would come flying out....it was really gay, i would be sitting on the toilet crying trying to take a shiznat while my mom was hugging me telling me everything was going to be ok.
I was mad when i got constipated in 2005, but i guess as far as constipation goes, it really wasnt much....hey to get past the constipation you need to be really hydrated, like from beer, and eat junk food, like hot dogs from a county fair to clean you out.
I have found that for me caffeine really helps keep things flowing....if you find yourself constipated again, drink a six pack of coke, and you will be ok

Okay here we go, I have a thyroid problem and my meds were screwed up. I did not poop for over a week. I was sooooooo uncomfortable I wanted to die. I went to work and could not even stand up straight. My boss told me go to the hospital now. I told the nurse that I could not go. They took xrays and gave me an enema eww. That was the worst thing I ever had to go through ( besides child birth.) Then she sat me on a portable potty chair in the middle of the ER room and said it would start working shortly. Yuk! I made my husband leave the room. Heck I could hardly stand myself. When I could stand and walk by myself I bailed for the restroom and sat I there. Well I hope this helps your not alone. I feel for ya! I tell ya never again will I let it go so long before I ask for help.
