I only have the outer parts of a tooth, but no middle. Will they pull it? Or will they try and cap it anyway?

depends how much is left. If theres not enough tooth left then buliding it up would be like trying to build a house on a foundation made of crap.

ultimately it depends how much of your u shape is left... if there is absolutely nothing left in the middle of the U then you're gonna lose the tooth.

Also it depends on how much you want to spend... probably not much if you've left it for this long. you may just end up opting for an extraction and leave a gap there :)

Depends on the shape of what is left. Somtimes they will build up what remains. Usually they will cap it (crown), and sometimes they will pull it and put a bridge in.

Well if you don't have any sensitivity or pain they might just try to put a filling in.
