On a day you want to relax its best to eat things like nuts and fruits that way you keep your energy if you decide to junk food out then youll be run down all day. Enjoy a glass of tea rather its hot or cold its always relaxing.

porridge for breakfast with cream and sugar.

chilli tuna on toast for lunch

dinner a banana, (that takes care of the healthy bit) then ginger icecream, topped with warm chocolatefudge sauce, or a slab of sponge cake, topped with vanilla icecream, thick chocolate sauce poured over that, and unwhipped cream over that again.

As its a relaxing day, then curled up in my favourite chair, with a really good book, and a slab of peppermint or creamy strawberry chocolate.

This is my type of indulgence, on the rare days I have a whole day to myself............

Soup I can microwave or a quick salad. No standing over the hot stove and a quick and nutritious bite so I can make the most of my day of peace.
