Any one of your standard enemas will suffice. FOlks have been doing coffee enemas lately, but I'm not sure of the long-term health risks of that. If you really want to get cleaned out, nothing works like good old fashion Fiber and laxative. Just remember to stay hydrated.

Yes go to CVS pharmacy and in the stomach and antacid section there is a white bottle with green writing on it, it's called colon cleanse!

One teaspoon of wheatgerm extract and one teaspoon of Mothers apple cider vinager twice a day. It will do wonders for bad cholesterol as well.
