You may want to try what i had < (stuffed fresh garden tomatoe) take a fresh garden tomatoe approxmently 2-3" in diameter take out the hard core and secitionlize it ( cut in half , then quaters, eights etc and fold out on plate or small bowl /// fill with white tuna mixed with celery seed , onion.mayonaise, boiled egg, sweet pickel , make sure tuna has been drained well.. serve with stuffed olives and whole wheat crackers and a tall glass of chardonay and a little sharp chedder cheese///
