Only you can answer that. You can read all the dream books......and then throw them out. Example: My sister dreams she's hungry and is eating food. She wakes up. She has diabetes, checks her insulin level and realizes she has to eat. Her dream was a fact based/reality dream. When I dream I'm hungry and eating food and then I wake up, I'm not hungry and don't need to eat food. So, mine's symbolic in some way.
