For Peace Corps, Army, Marines, anything. I need a form for someone in their teens. I want to join until I'm 18, so once I'm 18 I can join the army.

No registration forms as such, check military.com & see a recruiter. You can join at 17 with parental consent. There is a early entry program for the Army in which oyu can go to basic between your junior & senior years of HS. You can also get a slot to fly army helicopters right out of high school, if you're smart enough.

I think the Post Office does Selective Service forms, the military recruiting stations do the administration to join the military.
