It should still be under warranty and it needs to be checked out call the place where you got it.....Don't wait as it could be a fire hazard!!!!

Hmmmm... very weird. Could be that the lint screen is not the correct one for that machine, or that is not installed properly. Double check the look and placement of the lint screen in the dryer manuals. If you can find the same model in a local store, bring your lint screen in and see if it is the same.

(BTW, you can clean the lint debris from your vent by using a leaf blower and a gunny sack. Have one brave soul hold the gunny sack over the outside vent, while another person uses the leaf blower to blow the vent clean from inside.)

It's entirely possible the connections on the hoses may be loose. The air that normally circulates may be escaping out the vent, taking the lint with it. A simple matter of taking a screwdriver to the hose gasket and tightening the gasket (the silver band around the hose) screw might do the trick. Just a guess.

Sounds to me as though a screen designed to catch lint has fallen away. There appears to be nothing holding back the lint, therefore it is spewing out as quickly as it builds up. Usually problems like this, when properly investigated, have simply reason why, and even simpler solutions. You got to get in there and dig out the reason, also refer to the equipment manual. They usually have a trouble chart that may reveal the cause.

if the lint catcher isn't catching call a repair now. fire is a definite hazard since the vent may be improperly installed. it will still be under warranty by the manufacturer.

Ooh, weird. Maybe something is jammed in it? Get one of those long dryer vent cleaners, see if you can clean it out really good before you call a professional, if it works it will save you a ton of money.
